This arrangement of Richard Strauss's Metamorphosen (1945) was commissioned by BRYGGEN Bruges Strings in the summer of 2022 and premiered in Concertgebouw Brugge in October 2022. It reduces the original 23-part piece for string ensemble to the 17-part formation of BRYGGEN Bruges Strings.
