General Information

weg is a musical theatre performance designed and by Toon Quanten. It features himself as performer and (bass) clarinetist alongside Laura Daelemans as dance and choreographer. The music was written by Jasper Charlet and Frederik Neyrinck. The lighting design was taken care of by Sam Verlinden.

This production was Quanten's first as part of his involvement in I SOLISTI MakerSpace. Charlet's share of the music includes several themes and variations for clarinet and bass clarinet as well as an elaborate fugue for automated harmonium.
